Modern New York Kitchen Project
I genuinely want to thank the team at 3dearc from the bottom of my heart. From the very beginning they listened with real care, immediately understood what I was hoping for, and brought to life something even more than I had imagined. Their attention to detail and the passion they bring to their work were evident every step of the way. It was truly a joy to work with them.
The final design wasn’t just beautiful; it fit perfectly into my lifestyle. They had thought through even the smallest things, like where everything should be for daily ease. What they created wasn’t just a kitchen — it was a space that feels deeply personal.
They also worked on the design of my bedroom, and once again, the outcome was far beyond what I had expected.

Wabi-Sabi, a philosophy at the heart of Japanese aesthetics, celebrates simplicity, naturalness, and the beauty found in imperfection.
This living room, inspired by that philosophy, places tranquility and stillness at its center—an antidote to the rush of modern life. Instead of eye-catching perfection, it embraces surfaces marked by time, raw materials, and a quiet elegance. The space offers a humble and authentic atmosphere, deeply connected to nature in every corner.
Furniture in warm natural wood tones comes to life with soft, organic shapes, steering clear of harsh geometries. Fabrics like linen and wool introduce a subtle grace to the seating area, with their tactile, natural textures. Minimalist coffee tables and accessories highlight function and simplicity, while a few thoughtfully chosen objects provide a refined way to tell a personal story.
Modern American Farmhouse style blends the warmth of traditional country living with clean, contemporary lines, creating a timeless and inviting way of life.
At its core, this style emphasizes a return to nature, authenticity, and functionality. The use of natural materials is a hallmark of the Modern American Farmhouse: wooden surfaces, marble countertops, and fabrics like cotton and linen infuse every corner of the home with warmth and comfort. Solid wood cabinetry and handcrafted furniture with elegant details give each space a sense of lived-in charm.
It’s a thoughtful balance between traditional forms and modern design sensibilities. While simplicity and sophistication go hand in hand, the interiors remain both airy and cozy. This style avoids excessive ornamentation, embracing refined elegance through minimalism. Lighting often features black metal chandeliers or industrial fixtures, while walls are kept in natural hues. The color palette is inspired by nature—soft whites, earthy browns, and warm, organic greens—creating a serene, spacious, and welcoming atmosphere.
